Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your professional journey at Esypro?

My name is Jesús, I’m 32 years old, and in my free time, I enjoy movies, music, and video games. I’m also passionate about helping and inspiring those around me—a motivation that has always guided me both personally and professionally.

I joined Esypro in 2019 as a Technical Sales Manager, focusing on identifying new business opportunities in the national market. Over the past five years, I’ve had the chance to immerse myself in the automotive sector, addressing key logistical challenges and gaining a deep understanding of Mexico’s pivotal role as a leading supplier to the global automotive industry.

I’m excited to take on this new challenge, confident that we can continue solidifying Esypro as a key reference in the North American market.

What lessons from your time at Esypro do you consider most valuable for this new role?

During my time at Esypro, I’ve learned the importance of technological innovation and adaptability in an industry as dynamic as automotive, which is constantly evolving to meet global mobility trends.

I’ve also developed essential skills in collaborative project management, always emphasizing efficiency, quality, and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. These lessons have shaped my professional growth and will be fundamental as I take on this new role, ensuring we continue to exceed the expectations of those who trust in Esypro.

As Business Development Manager, what are your main responsibilities?

My primary responsibility is leading a multidisciplinary team, helping each member grow and develop their skills to work in synergy. This ensures our solutions not only meet but anticipate market needs.

I also focus on identifying new business opportunities, both short- and long-term, while strengthening relationships with key clients. Additionally, a key aspect of my role is collaborating closely with internal teams to foster cultural and methodological alignment, enhancing how we work together across the group.

What personal values do you consider essential for your role as Business Development Manager at Esypro?

Integrity, a passion for innovation, and a strong client focus are core values for me. These principles guide my daily work and inspire me to build relationships rooted in trust and mutual commitment.
