With a combination of bidirectional shopstocks, automatic elevators, and elevated platforms, a continuous flow of parts was achieved without interruptions, maximizing available space and streamlining internal logistics.

The main challenge in this plant was managing the high production volume without overcrowding the work area or creating bottlenecks. To address this, the implemented multilevel storage system allows:

The solution installed in this plant includes:

  • Three storage levels, maximizing the use of vertical space.
  • Shopstocks with bidirectional loading, allowing greater flexibility in parts handling.
  • 69 accumulation bars, ensuring a constant flow of materials ready for use.
  • Eight connection points with transport carts, facilitating the feeding of injection machines.
  • Two elevated platforms of 2.000 m² and automatic elevators, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
